The source announcement

Daikin Europe announced the inauguration of its new production facility in Poland’s Łódź region on May 21. The company describes an investment of approximately €300 million and says the facility primarily produces residential heat-pump heating systems for Europe.

What it means for a project brief

Our editorial perspective: manufacturing location is useful supply-chain context, but it does not establish stock at a local branch. Contractors still need a model-specific delivery commitment, support route and parts plan.

An archive item, clearly dated

This release is part of our launch reading list, not breaking November news. Its European production focus should not be interpreted as a Canadian product availability announcement. Read Daikin’s original release for the company’s investment and production claims.
